This 5-Day Reset will help you to get on track (or back on track) with your healthy lifestyle journey. We will take a mindfulness-based, body-oriented approach to wellness.
This program will focus on the essential ingredients needed to incorporate movement, breathwork, mindset practices, and simple healthy strategies into your daily routine.

You will learn to:

-Manage stress-Address belly fat-Identify negative beliefs that contribute to unhealthy eating habits-Incorporate low impact exercises to facilitate strength, circulation and weight loss-Breathe properly to assist in the body's natural detoxification process-Focus on holistic health from a faith-based perspective-Create a personalized wellness plan that will work for your lifestyle

This program will be offered in person. Each session will be recorded and provided to participants at no extra charge!

Daily Schedule (90 minutes):

8:00am - Each day we will begin by learning evidenced-based practices you can implement immediately to greatly improve your overall health.8:30am - Practice, connect and share together9:00am - 30 minute exercise session (This is a progressive program. All sessions will focus on low-impact exercises that you will be able to incorporate into your daily routine without the need for equipment.)9:30am - Session ends with a Daily Challenge

This is for you if:

-You have been wanting to focus on your health, but don’t know where to start.-You have tried to incorporate a healthy lifestyle in the past, but your efforts were not sustainable.-You don’t like extreme measures, and would like a moderate approach that teaches you healthy habits that you can easily fit into a busy life.-You are more concerned about practices that promote a balanced, joyful life than simply trying to look good.-You would like to learn ways to add low-impact exercises into your routine without going to a gym.-You realize that physical, spiritual, and mental health is all intertwined and the health status of one area affects all the others.

-You are primarily focused on your physical appearance rather than your overall physical, mental, and spiritual health.
-You are looking for high intensity sweat sessions.

-Comfortable clothes for movement
